Hi my name is Emma

I founded Myca because I believe the most transformative ideas are born around good food and even better people.

After years of working at the intersection of food, tech, and community—from helping build AI infrastructure at DoorDash to running food events throughout NYC—I kept seeing the same thing: brilliant women doing bold work in food and agriculture, but doing it in silos. No connective tissue. No space to cross-pollinate.

So I created Myca.

A living network inspired by the quiet intelligence of mycelium—where ideas grow slowly, organically, and together. Whether you're planting literal seeds or pitching seed-stage decks, there's space for you here.

This is the kind of community I always wished existed: curious, collaborative, a little funky, and very much alive.
